One of the most irritating things in life is the fact that people keep comparing themselves with others or they compare yourself with others. Now, when you do it to yourself, it really puts you down in way and demotivates you. The root cause of this is the society that we live in which forces us to compare. But if we break that barrier and think in a different way, our lives would be better. One of the best ways is to challenge yourself and beating your own records instead of fighting the others. This way, we'll improve ourselves significantly, while also feeling good. Moreover, we should be very optimistic about things that happen to us. We must turn even a negative thing into a positive one.
